Lionhead Type |
The following pictures give a good example of lionhead type. I chose a Lionhead doe without a mane as the mane would not allow you to properly see the shoulders on this animal. |
Icebox's Trinity This doe is a very well built doe. She is full throughout her entire body right down to the table. She is hard bodied and very compact, being very short in body, well rounded over the hindquarter and high in headset. She also has a short broad head with short thick ears. She is very tiny and typey and will make an excellent brood doe. |
As you can see from this view this doe is well filled, well rounded, and very short in body. Note that she is even very full and short in the shoulder. |
